Im very surprised about the negative feedback, my experience has been exceptional. The RTP's are lower than some site and the VIP bonuses are pretty average with 35x wagers on them. Personally I never accept any of the bonus deposit offers etc too much risk in not following T&C on wagering. People need to read T&C for verifying accounts, over time you will need photo's of drivers licence, bank statements, Birth certificate or passport, proof of address.
